My son has a few stuffed animal cows, which one is named Mr. moo cow. Now, i must say thats cute but thats how i feel..I am now Mrs. Moo cow. I am sooooo overweight its taxing. I did do south beach diet a few yrs back, lost some, but battled with terrible stomach issues while on it, probably due to my body turning splenda into a toxin. I’ve used some safe pills, exercise, the special k challenge, tried to cut back on some carbs/watch my intake of calories…and i just cannot lose. why?????!!!!!!! i know i’m old, ancient, have kids, stomach fattness runs in the females in this side of family….but give me a break. please. i know i have to watch alot of stuff because i have SVT of heart and hypoglycemic…..so i have to be careful how i diet or exercise. i have tremendous joint pain and that limits my activity as well…but i am so tired of looking like a cow….so let me introduce myself..Hi..i’m Mrs. Moo Cow. For how long, probably forever.

This is the last time i let my guard down and let someone in. i know i wear my heart on my sleeve. i can’t help it. i’ve yet again….let someone close to me hurt me. squander my feeling and emotions. dig in that knife and just twist. i get that enough here at home, why get it from someone i thought was a friend? guess they didn’t mean it when they said nothing will ever come between our friendship, and you will always be open & honest with me. well…..wrong me once, shame on you…wrong me twice, shame on me. gonna curl up in a ball and once again cry over how stupid i was….
